Structure

Departments

We will have 3 Departments (BMS, Kitchen, Houskeeping). As you sign up you will need to choose one.

Choosing a department doesn't mean that you cannot take shifts in other departments - it's just that if a lead or someone in a shift needs some help spontaniously, he can shout out for the people in his department and they need to give him a hand. Further it should make communication easier if a lead is not around - cause the people in the department know as much as the lead...

There will be department-meetings when the event starts where the leads tell the people in their department how everything works.

As a member of a department you keep your eyes open that everything in your departement runs smoothly.

Further you will need to choose a lead or sign up for some shifts. We have many leads this year to keep the amount of work small, so if you take a lead you can focus on a small thing that doesn't take much of your time.

The leads will be in contact with each other (because many leads have overlapping tasks) and with Thomas "Schplomi" Kamer, Cämplimeister for 2018, who tries to coordinate them (and he has already done some things, so get in touch with him if you take a lead).

For taking a lead you don't need to have Early-Entry or stay for Strike. There are many leads, that you can take if you can't come early or stay late. What it means to take a specific lead is written in the descripions below.

And if you take a lead you can still take some shifts as well.

Volounteers step forward!

Be wonderful! Take a lead!

We need:

2 Construction Leads

1 Transport Lead

1 Power Lead

1 Sound Lead

2 Kitchen Leads

plus 6 Lunch &  7 Dinner Leads (Chefs)

1 Ice Lead

1 Art / Workshop Lead

1 LNT Lead

1 Shit Ninja Lead

1 Water Lead

1 Container CleanUp / Storage Leads

1 Penis Lead

If you don't want to take a lead and have a huge amount of fun and be loved by everyone like crazy, you need to take some shifts.

We have:

Power Shifts

Meal Leads (Chefs) and Cooking Shifts (Sous-Chefs)

Clean Up Shifts

LNT Shifts

Shit Ninja Shifts

Ice Shifts

Water Shifts

If you have a lead or a shift and you cannot take it for whatever reason, please give your best to find someone else to do it for you.

If you see that someone that would be on shift or would have a lead cannot do it - please be kind and do it for him/her...

And remember: it is always about the fun - taking a lead sounds serious and like a lot of work, but it is mainly fun. Same for the shifts. If you do things you will get even more back. The more you help the more fun it is. And if you help, you will surely have fun doing it because, well... We ain't no lame-ass-boring company - we are a Barrio at freakin' Nowhere...

And no, we don't look at things too seriously - everything will work just fine as it does :)
